US ONLINE DEGREE. Affordable US online college degree tuition for foreign student not living in the USA?
A relative of mine lives in Mexico and is about to get his GED in Mexico City. He is not an American citizen or resident. Since the GED is not valid in Mexico,US ONLINE DEGREE he wants to study college online. What colleges or universities have affordable online tuition for non-US residents abroad? Public, private, community college, US ONLINE DEGREE it really does not matter at all. He just wants to get his entire degree online from somewhere in the states. Thanks,
Before anyone tries to tell me that you cannot take the GED outside of the USA, please read on. Prometric and ACENet have about 10 official testing centers in major Mexican cities.

The GED Tests cannot be taken online. The GED Tests can only be taken at an official testing center—but don’t worry, there are more than 3,
